Coach Seth Greiner has taught noncontact boxing classes with the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital Center for Parkinsons disease for over 3 years.  He completed his training certification at the original Rock Steady Boxing affiliate in Indianapolis, IN. 

 

Research supports high intensity exercise to combat the effects of Parkinson's disease and delay the progression of disability.  Using large amplitude movements Seth encourages his boxers to move big and hit hard! Combining aerobic conditioning, flexibility, strength, rhythmic movements in a fun and motivating group exercise class, you too can FLOAT LIKE A BUTTERFLY, STING LIKE A BEE !!!
